Znakomita rzecz. Piękna kamionkowa butelka o pojemności 0,75cl z krachlą luzna i zakryte kapslem. Przewiewka z informacja o skladnikach ekologicznych tego piwa produkowanego na kontrolowanych uprawach przez browar klasztorny w Bawarii. Nieprzezroczysta butelka moze miala wplyw na wyglad piwa po prostu borza piany ktora stoi i stoi godzinami. Lekkie zmetnienie, choc myslalem ze bedzie wieksze to ogolnie robi wrazenie. Zapach cytrusowo jablkowy, intensywny, a w smaku dominuje wyraznie nuty cierpkiej limonki i kwaskowatego jablka. Wszystko to bardzo arcyciekawe, doznania swietne. Polecam

Etwas süßer Geruch, getreidig. Der Antrunk ist leicht getreidig, etwas stärker herb, aber im großen und Ganzen doch eher wässrig. Voluminöser aber dennoch mild gestaltet sich das Bier im Mittelteil, mittelherb, malziger und mit angenehmem würzigen Unterton. Immerhin ist das Bier sehr harmonisch. Die anfängliche Fruchtigkeit ist nun in der weiter stärker werdenden Würzigkeit untergegangen, aber allein DAS die Würzigkeit stärker wird entschädgt. Im Nachgeschmack ist die süßliche und getreidige Würzigkeit verbunden mit einer hintergründigen Holzigkeit verbunden, die die Herbe unterstützt. Ein durchaus leckeres und facettenreiches Bier, das den hohen Preis dann dank der 0,75l Steinflasche doch noch wert ist.

Earthenware bottle: Deep golden, slightly hazy, stable big beaten-egg-white-like head; grainy to pale-malty nose with distinctive woody hops ans a pleasant vanilla-woody and nutty aroma; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft, almost medium bodied; increasing dryness towards the bisquity and malty finish. Fine complex brew....

(swing top stoneware bottle, 75cl) Hazy, deep golden colour with a tall and almost white foamy head. Slightly sweet (cara-)malty aroma with herbal hops and a woody touch of vanilla. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Initially malt-accented and slightly grainy taste with upcoming woody and herbal hoppy notes; quite dry bitter-sweet, herbal hoppy and slightly tannic finish. Well-crafted brew. 12.IV.11

Ceramic bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Malty nose with honey accents and touches of flowery hops. Medium body, a good clean maltiness and again honey notes. Dry and fairly hoppy finish. Absolutely no barrel character though - a decent unfiltered Lager, that’s what it is. 140111

Bottled. A hazy dark golden.beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of straw and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of minerals and straw on a malty background, leading to a bitter finish.

1 L ceramic bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours cloudy orange with no lasting head. Aroma is butterish and sweet caramelish. Bitter, caramelish and dry dark malty. Bitter and lingering dark malty finish.
