UPDATED: OCT 27, 2010 Best before April 29, 2011, so quite fresh. Very light colored yellow. There is a kind of frothiness to the head, it slowly dissolves into a thin ring. Aroma of field flowers, straw, pepper, delicate pencil shavings - kind of fresh moldy as kappldave mentions. Tastes spicy (pepper), bready malt, slightly sweet. Good. This Piwoteka store on ul. Sierpnia I just found is the shit!

clear, pale golden with a tall fine head. nice aroma of grass, hay, some floral notes and a hint of melon. well-balanced with subtle sweetness and bitter finish, that could last a bit longer.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Pale golden, lively carbonation, off-white head. Nice aromatic hop and light grain nose. Chewy mouthfeel, sparkly, citric entry, light flowery, well-balanced. Dry finish. Grassy and flowery aftertaste. I <3 Klosterbrauerei Weißenohe.

from bottle. pours a clear golden colour and a surprisingly frothy head for a pils. decent aroma of floral hops, fresh gras and melon. fantastic for a pils! medium body and average carbonation. clean and crisp taste, slight bitterness and a good balance of hops and malts. great pils that is surprisingly complex and rich!

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Mild malt aroma with a light hoppy aroma. malt flavoured, light roasted and breadish alongside a mild bitterness into the far finish. Overall a breadish impression.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Pale, clear yellow, creamy white head. Resiny hop aroma. Elegant, shy malty base with lots of rural, resiny hops. Delicious!

I thought this was quite good actually. I bought it because I liked the idea of a benedictine pils. Anyway, looks like you expect a pils to look, smells nice fresh, notes of hay. Nice crisp mouthfeel, just enough bitterness in the dry ending. Real good. Would and will buy it again.
