Draft at Monks Cafe in Philly. Billed as Weissenohe Monk’s Fest. Deep clear amber with a nice fizzy/foamy head. Classic Marzen flavors. Fuller body than most. Not overly sweet. Good stuff.

Pours clear toasted brown with 2 finger head. Nose is faint fruit, apricot. Mouthfeel is smooth, full, medium carbonation. Taste is fruity, spice, pumpkin notes, bread, maple. Finish is spice, caramel notes, biscuity. Paired this with grilled sausage and pumpkin bread. Great food beer. Solid lager.
