500 ml bottle. From Pärnu, Estonia.
Slightly hazy deep amber colour with average off-white head. Lots of grainy maltiness in aroma. Some grassy hops, grainy malts and wood in flavour. Bitter and sourish aftertaste.

Bottle, 5.4%. Sourish, slightly hoppy aroma. Hazy amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is a bit sour. Not entirely unpleasant, but no so good either.

500ml bottle (Stockman, Tallinn)
Deep amber, large persistent head. Rich grainy aroma, some roasted breadiness too. Lively carbonation. Very grainy husky taste, a touch sour, some light toastiness, caramel occasionally, but but mostly drier. Husky piney bitterness. Pehaps a bit to husky for me.

Bottled (BB 12/2009). Courtesy of bierkoning, ty Edo! Amber color, small white head. Grassy, a bit caramelly nose. Medium-bodied. Grassy hoppy, slightly toasted-chocolaty sweetness. Aftertaste has all of this, well-balanced, although not very exicting. My first Weissenohe-beer.

Bottled. Amber colour colour, mediumsized slightly off white head. Aroma is bready, slightly toasted as well as mild wooden and herbal notes. Flavour is caramel malts, rather sweet as well as some bready notes as well as wood and some saltwatery notes.

Oakes (12167) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 6, 2009
Herbal hop nose with light pale malts. Very toasty character. Clean, toasty with light chocolate. Good, characterful dunkel that nonetheless could use more sugars.

danielst (248) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - JUL 21, 2009
A copperish colour with a dense head. A clear citrus nose with grassiness, few bready malt aromas. Powerful flavour of whole grain bread, biscuit and caramel malts (not sweet) and overall a nice hoppy balance. An undeniably weird tobacco flavour that spoils the fun a bit. Somewhat oily in texture but still sufficiently mouthfilling. Sessionable with soft carbonation.

500ml Bottle - Amber/copper coloured. Malty and fruity aroma with hints of dried fruit and spicy malt. Malty taste with fruit and moderate sweetness. Not bad, but nothing special.

It is dark golden with a creamy, firm head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, caramel, fruit and it is smooth, delicious and easy to drink.
