Quack-Duck (1906), Bodensee, Germany Aug 4, 2008 bottle, Billa Gmünd. Clear deep golden yellow, very creamy and persistent white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, very malty with a fruity touch and a dry and pleasant hoppy finish. A clean and very nice beer. pivnizub (3899), Porúří, Germany Jul 21, 2008 Bottle (@ Krah-Krah, Vienna): Golden to deep golden with a mid-sized yellowish head, that slowly collapses; light strawy-malty nose with a tinge of grassy hops; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, quite light bodied and a bit fizzy, malty base detectable; mild, but distinctive bitter-sweet finish with a delicate hoppy aftertaste. Tastes a bit like a good Desitka............. JK (2501), Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA Mar 27, 2006 Not bad. Looks like a pils. Gold. Light malt aroma and the same in the flavor. Lacing head and lightly bitter. Simple but pleasant. Geiserich (1541), Vienna, Austria Mar 6, 2003 Light golden colour, good head. Pleasant aroma with some hop hints. Nice, decent malt aroma, sparkling with flowery hop aromas. Long, pleasant aftertaste, medium bitter.
