Bottled, gift from friend. Yellow color with medium white head. Aroma, grain, toasted bread. Taste, light in hops and malt. Short bittersweet finish. As usual nice bottle from Weldebrau, but otherwise nothing special.

500 ml bottle in Germany. +1 for the cool bottle. Pours the same as a normal German Pils. Has that Southern touch to it. Sweet and very mellow. Palate is also sweet and mellow. You could have told me that it was a Helles and I would have believed you. Not bad at all.

dry, slightly lemony, slightly dusty aroma. a bit stale hoppy. also a bit sweet spicy bready malty.
flavor is sweet malty, dusty, dry herbal sort of grassy hoppy with a hint of breadish malts, Comes off as a pretty tight bitter dry pils, however with a hint of breadish malts and some herbal notes probably from the hops.
