Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is lemon, parfume, grains, some maize as well as rather strangely sweet. Flavour is grains, some sweet malts, maize as well as some mild rubbery notes.

TBone (9997) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 19, 2010
Bottled (BZ, BB 10/2010)
Golden color, average white head. Light cardboardish and perfumic nose with hints of metal and wet dog. Medium-bodied. Decenty maltyness, a bit harsh, some lemon soapy hops. Harsh, sweet corn malty aftertaste. Quite standard industrial pils, not totally hopeless, but not something to drink another time either.

Allen (2689) - SWITZERLAND - MAR 3, 2010
Bottled 33cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. Clear pale golden with a decent head. The aroma does have notes of lime and hazelnuts, as indicated on the label. I usually associate lime components with north german pils. Hints of wet dog sneaking in. Hayish malt profile. Decent bitterness. Nicely drinkable. I really enjoyed this beer- underrated in my opinion.

Bottle 330ml.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100219]

Bottled. A lightly hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and a bit of hops, leading to a dry hoppy finish. A bit boring.

Draught. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is clean with a bit of malt and dust. OK for a macro pils.

Wow, my first rating for 2009!?! I’ve been away too long! A friend brought this back from the States for me, funky bottle. Well it’s a Pils, so of course a golden clear beer with a white head, green bottle=a bit skunky with hops. Crisp, some grainy flavor up front, nice hops, nothing special but still quite refreshing and much better than the canned Japanese Microswill that has put me off beer recently.

Pours out a golden yellow with a thin white head that quickly went down to just a few bubbles. My wife said it looked like a urine sample in a glass, and I had to laugh and agree. So not a looker of a beer. Aroma is corn, a few skunky hops, and a wet paper smell finish that wasn’t the best send off. At first sip the carbonation and probably too cold serving temperature just blasted my mouth. Very little flavor poked through (more evidence that 2 oz. samples are simply not enough). As the beer went on flavors began to register my sensory. Light grass at first, more corn echoes the aroma, slippery texture, slight fruity sweetness that never quite shines to it’s full potential before the hops smack it down. A dry finish. Oh yeah, and it has a curvy bottle that I guess is trendy, who cares. The beer wasn’t bad but not outstanding. Crisp, clean, but kinda bland.

bottle, bought somewhere in the Kinzig valley. Clear pale yellow, mid-sized white head. Hoppy-cardboardy nose. Light-bodied, grainy, slightly malty with hints of cardboardy hops.
