COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

0.5 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Hazy yellow color. Tart and spicy aroma with clove, pepper and grapefruit. Tart grapefruity, clovey and peppery taste with apple. Medium to full body. Good fairly citrusy weizen.

Deep cloudy orange color, fluffy head. Wheat nose and body, some banana and vanilla. Chewy body. All around a solid hefeweizen.

Enjoyed in the hotel lobby at Hotel Sinsheim in Sinsheim, Germany. Appearance a bright, cloudy gold with a rich white head. Aroma mostly of ale yeast and light hay/straw. Taste is OK, tastes really light compared to other beers I’ve had on my trip so far, maybe a little bland. It’s not bad, but there are definitely better weiss beers out there, especially considering the region.

From a bottle. Yellow/orange cloudy with a medium head. Aroma is not very stron: a bit yeast and fruity, thats all. Tastes a bit fruity and a little bit sour. that’s basically all...

Test vom 25.8.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,6,8,6,-,6 - 6,84

Bottle at yespr. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Swet aroma of caramel and bananas with notes of spices and earth. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and bananas. Fruity finish.
