Feb 24, 2004 (Cask) Dark clear brown with a nice moka head, slight malt aroma, which is more intennse and woody in the mouth. Restrained floral hops are dancing with the malts. Slight alcool warmth was detected. Good body.

Feb 15, 2004 Cask conditioned. Pours hazy amber/red. Big bubbly cream coloured head. Aroma is malty with some roast. Soury flavour with maltiness. Cranberry, citrus accents. Very crisp with a slightly bitter finish.
