(Cask) Dark clear brown with a nice moka head, slight malt aroma, which is more intennse and woody in the mouth. Restrained floral hops are dancing with the malts. Slight alcool warmth was detected. Good body.

UPDATED: NOV 3, 2004 Balanced, satisfactory with food. Bit of bitterness works, bit of carbonation and head. Nice aroma and dark colour and brown bottle. Understated cocoa, coffee, nutty. Tea finish. Also Had on tap and much smoother, even some hops.

From a 660 ml bottle. Dark amber ale with a thin off-white head. Rich nutty aroma. Also malty with a faint cola aroma and some fruitiness. Flavour is also nutty and well-balanced by faint bitterness. A simple, but well-crafted session beer.

Sweet fieldberries still soiled by the earth they have been picked from…They are a few days old though and are starting to dry up…
