3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
473ml can. Pours a hazy honey gold with a thin off-white head that quickly diminished. The nose is thin resinous notes and tropical fruit, caramel, and some biscuity malt. Up front, the taste is a wall of resinous hops with some tropical fruit, and minerality, then basically citrus pith bitterness all the way until the end. It’s not bad, but it’s definitely one sided, and not very interesting.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at the Forest City Beer Fest. Rating is likely enhanced by the fact it was poured from one of the festival’s only casks.

Deep golden pour. The nose is a bit lemony and orangey. Assertive earthy/woody hoppiness. Nice bitterness with a lingering light pine note. Tasty brew.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Orange with good head and lacing. Not bad, session ale. Some hops, but more on the malty side of the style. Bitter finish. Soft carbonation. Texture is slightly cloying. Tap at Rhino summer fest.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can at The Rhino Summer Fest. Four hops including citra that give a fruity bitterness. Golden coloured with no head and understated carbonation, I think because of the use of lots of ice to serve it below a room temperature. Nicely done tastewise, and I hope we will see it more regular.

Can, thanks Kevin. Orange pour, foamy white head. Nice aroma - lots of citrus, some malt sweetness, other fruits as well. Taste - foamy medium body with a nice amount of citrus hops and fruity character. All rather muted but very very drinkable. A nice effort - I would have this again.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Imbibe – Pours an orangey-gold, lightly hazed, with a 1 finger tight-pored white cap. Aroma is not really as in your face as you would expect from an AIPA but pleasant enough with some citrus, fruits and a caramel malt base. Med to light bodies with a sandy mouth feel, mild carbonation. Flavour is rather common – fair hop-malt balance , some citrus and pine, a little malt sweetness, mildly bitter in the finish. Clean and flavourful but I agree with other observers that there is just something missing that would put this over the top to be a really decent AIPA – for me it was weak mouth feel, restrained hopping and a fluid body which held back giving this top marks.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
2013-06-22. Crisp bright orange body with a small white head. Aroma is mild, light citrus and muted grains. Flavour is pleasant, lightly citrus hop notes. Light bitterness throughout. Average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Okay. Something doesn’t quite come together for me which is disappointing since others quite liked it. Session Festival 2013

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Get Well. Pours a clear orange with average white-ish head. Aroma is modest citric/piney hops and grains. Flavour has resiny/grapefruity hops - a little restrained perhaps - and bready/grainy malt. Modest bitterness in finish. Decent.
