Clear and non-impressive. Pretty much mainstream with not much here. A decent lager but nothing special.

Another day, another lager.... I often wonder about the appeal of a microbrewer making another lager in this world. Unless you’re convinced you can create the most spectacular lager in the universe, why bother? There are so many other kinds of under-attempted beers out there! Unless you have an obsessed regional following that you can get away with it, it seems like such a waste of time. Yet still I’m intrigued to know if this lager will be "the one" that blows the rest away. Poured into a lager glass at 5.0 celsius it has a pale bright yellow body and barely any head on top. Soft corn and sugar aroma. The flavour is a very light mix of corn and malt with a dry finish. Very light and easy to drink, hard to pick out of a crowd. And so, the quest continues.....

On tap at the brewery, served in a tasting glass. Pours clear pale golden with a moderate white head. The head fades to a thin remnant and leaves a trace amount of lace. On the nose, there is light grain and flowers with a touch of pine. The flavour is lightly bitter and lightly sweet throughout. On the palate, it is light-medium in body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, a fairly bland light lager. 2011-10-08

341 ml bottle purchased from the Wellington Brewery in Guelph. Pours pale yellow with a thin white cap. minimal hops or malt. somewhat sweet. pretty generic ’premium’ lager.

473mL can poured golden color with about 2 fingers of head settling to minimal lacing. Pleasant aroma leading to a lightly sweet and moderately hopped lager. One of the better lager beers I have tried.

Can. Poured a golden color with an averaged sized head. Aromas and tastes of grains, some floralness, and lighter bread.

draught. golden colour. Malty grainy aroma. Taste is sweet, some floral notes. Not that interesting.

It pours a golden color with a thick white cap of head, it has a somewhat creamy feel for a lager.
On the nose I am getting the standard lager aroma. I pick up some sweet malt and little amount of grains.
The flavor is dominated by sweet malt and a little grains and a touch of honey, it has a little floral notes. As far as a lager goes, it is pretty much a match.
It finishes with faint hop notes and very crisp and clean. I tend to find lager’s very boring but I would reach for this again on a hot summer day
