Cannette 473 ml. 4.5%. Couleur jaune or. Mousse blanche fugasse. Arôme de céréales. Plaisante en bouche, notes de malt, maïs. Finale assez sèche, sans amertume. Bière qui se boit très bien.

341ml bottle courtesy pintbypint. Golden colour with a mostly diminishing frothy white head. Honey, bread, and light grassy aroma. Biscuit, honey, and light floral flavours with a soft floral bitter finish. Medium bodied, watery mouthfeel.

Light malty aroma. Pours pale yellow, white head. Other than the unoffensive finish, nothing to distinguish it from other bland lagers. its ok, buy some to stuff in the golf bag for a hot day on the course.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2007 As far as "discount" beers go, this one is King in my opinion. There’s some great Saaz hops in here, and a nice malty balance that makes it very enjoyable. Welly sure does keep pleasing me! It’s a discount beer for god sake, lower your high and mighty impy stout standards people.

I tried this beer after purchasing from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer pouerd a translucent dark gold with a generous fluffy white head which disappeared quickly. The aroma was metal, malt, and some hops. The mouthfeel is weak bodied, watery, and highly carbonated. The flavour is wet grass, some metal, and slightly bitter.

On tap at the brewery, served in a tasting glass. Pours clear pale golden with a moderate white head. The head fades to a thin remnant and leaves a trace amount of lace. On the nose, there is light grain and flowers with a touch of pine. The flavour is lightly bitter and lightly sweet throughout. On the palate, it is light-medium in body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, a fairly bland light lager. 2011-10-08

473ml can. A macro European style lager done by a Canadian craft brewer. Colour and taste we more bold than a typical North American lager and less skunky than many Euro imports. Body was smooth, but a touch thin. Overall, a satisfying lager.
