This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

Bottle. Pours a clear orangeyt amber with almost no head. Nose is beery and bananas. Flavors is sweet banana taffy up front only to transition into a bitter, beery finish. I have been wanting to try this one for a long time, unfortunately it was somewhat disappointing. It was thin and not a rich banana flavor then spirals into this dry, bitter finish. I wish it had remained as it started.

Bottle, poured a dark amber with a white frothy head. A ciderish aroma, with apple and some sourness. Some banana flavour, but a with a sourness that is a little astringent. Sweet, quite fizzy and yeasty.

Bottle, 0,5l. The color is nice brown. The head is white. The arome is like a banana bonbon. Sweet. The flavor follows right after with a sweet banana taste. A special beer, more special than good.

Amber beer with banana aromas. Agressively carbonated and rather thin. Smells good, but it could be a much bigger beer.

This is IMO basically a gimmick beer. It looks "ok’,smells of mild malt and artificial bananas. This would be better on a cool autumn night with the mouth feel. Taste wise it reminds me of a beery version of a cereal Jimmy Durante was hawking back when I was a kid. Grains and artificial bananas, add in some nutty malt and a tich of syrup..There ya are.

Medium gold with thin white head. Yeasty banana aroma. Taste is primarily thin and watery, but the finish is clearly banana on exhalation. $4/16.9

clear amber colour and a little fading foam; phenolic with strong notes of banana; sweet and slightly tart with a moderate malt body; slightly dry finish with hints of caramel and banana

Pours a light amber color with a strong aroma of bananas and malts. Taste is an interstesting combination of banana bread, yeast and malts. In the absence of a good banana bread....

Body-clear caramel body with a thin ring of bubbles and a very flimsy film of bubbles. Nose-well, I’ll be damned-it smells like banana bread-bananas, cinnamon, run. Taste-big surprise here-it tastes like banana bread-medium to high CO2, ginger, bananas, thin, Sulphur, low-medium bitterness, nutmeg, allspice, slightly astringent. Has a small medicinal bite.

Large white head, fair retention with bits of spotty and stringy lacing. Dark gold color, a pretty brew. Plenty of nanner in the nose and surprisingly, the bread! Light vanilla notes as well, pretty cool! Body is light, somewhat watery unfortunately. Lightly sweet malts scratching their way out from under the estery bananna flavors. The bread is surprisingly there also which makes this an intersting brew. Dry, lightly fruity finish. I,ll admit it,s not much as far as beer goes but damn if it dont taste like bananna bread which i do love. Nifty brew!
