COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled, Pasteurised.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

Actually tastes like banana bread and really pretty good. Not to strong with the banana which could easily overpower the flavor. Good balance. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

11.2 oz bottle from a friend. Clear amber appearance with a white head. The aroma is pretty spot on with banana bread, adding hints of tropical fruits and nutty malts. Similar flavor, sweet, fruity and bready with a light to medium body. OK.

Bottle. It poured a clear copper color. The aroma is intensely banana as is the flavor. Almost too sweet.

500ml bottle from Asda. Pours a clear amber with a fluffy white head and plenty of carbonation. Aroma is over ripe banana, some breadiness comes through, but the banana really dominates. Taste is also banana dominated, very sweet initial kick. Banana just dominates too much for me.

Clear amber liquid with minimal white head. Aroma of sweet banana, hay. Taste banana, hay, medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, average carb, astringent, long fin.

Pours golden-amber, medium amount of tan head. It definitely smells like bananas. Ripe bananas. Maybe a bit overripe, the sort you put into banana bread because they’re too soft to eat but not rotten. That’s a lot of banana. And you get a dry finish, which heads in the bread direction. It’s remarkably like what it says on the tin, so well done, I guess.

500ml bottle. Clear golden color. Medium size, off-white head, stays. Dried bananas, fruity, sweet, raspberries in aroma. Dried banana, fruity, bit metallic in taste. Dried banana in aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Surprisingly drinkable.

Copenhagen 27/6 2014. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Drawing of beer peeking up from banana peel on the label. Pours clear amber with white head. Head disappears fairly fast after pouring. Aroma is sweetish with (not surprisingly) banana and a little caramel. A more sour and tart edge to it as well. Prickly carbonation and slightly thick palate. Taste is sweet but followed by fruity sourness. Surprisingly balanced considered the Banana theme. I did not have many expectations to the happy beer peeking from the banana peel - but quite ok.

Pours a clear dark amber with a thin off white head. Sweet aroma with a hint of banana. Taste is somewhat artificial and candy like. Watery and thin but not too bad.

Banany królują w smaku i zapachu, do tego dochodzi solidna słodowa podbudowa. Mimo tego nie zabija słodyczą, goryczka wyrównuje doznania. Wybitnie pijalne i wciągające. W wyglądzie kolor miedziany z utrzymującą się białą średnią pianą. Mimo zdominowania przez banany zachowuje charakter piwa. Całkiem niezłe
