This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

7/4/7/3/16. Bright amber. Frothy white head. As expected, Nice little banana bread aroma. Flavor follows. Lighter body. A little citrus sorta twang. Not a crazy/extreme concoction. Nice.

I’ve kind of avoided this beer, it doesn’t sound appealing but I was a bit surprised. Sweet banana aroma, almost fake but not bad. Very sweet, word banana like medicine and some light malt. Ok if you’re into this, I’m just not

Poured a clear orange color with a healthy white head which lingered a bit.......aroma of banana bread (surprise) slight malt tones......taste is real banana, breadiness, crisp, finishes clean, pleasant. Surprisingly enjoyable.

Not a great looking, clear golden color, minimal white head. Banana and malt aroma. Taste is also banana, but not hefe-like banana, more like banana candy. Interesting stuff.

Didn’t meet my expectations what so ever. Very sweet and hard to drink the full bottle in one sitting. Aroma: Smells like banana as you would expect, very sweet, hints of toffee Appearance: Pale + Clear with not much of a head to speak of. Taste: Overly sweet. Hints of banana and toffee. Palate: Silky in the mouth. Long finish. Overall: Wouldn’t recommend, too sweet.

Had a buddy bring me one of these and it was slightly sour but not outdated, I would hope I could chalk it up to being a bad batch or a co2 issue during bottling I would like to try it again to have a comparison

Bottle 0,5l. Crystal amber liquid with small unsteady head. Light to medium body, medium to heavy carbonation. Strong banana aroma, like artificial one. Light sweetness. Not bad.

Pours a clear copper with a frothy and lacey white head. Aroma of skunk, banana, caramel and light vanilla. Taste is banana, caramel, skunk, light struck off flavors and a nice crisp and dry finish. Was expecting this to be sweeter but it’s nice that it’s more like banana nerds than banana pudding... However the clear bottle is killing this beer with the light struck off flavors and aroma. This would be a great after dinner beer if it was bottled in a dark brown bottle or can.

Une odeur forte de banane. Une robe classique et un gout fade accompagnés d’arome fruités un peu absents. Une finale courte et sans saveurs. Bière proche de la mongonzo banane qui ne vaut pas non plus le coup.

Poured a light amber colour with fast disappearing head and no lace. The beer had the banana flavour down pat and maybe some vanilla. The problem for me was there seemed to be a bit of Euro-skunk in the background. It was good enough to have again, especially to find out if the skunk is normal.
