COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled, Pasteurised.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

Pours a transparent golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of banana much like banana runts...malt and spices. Flavor is banana, sweet malts, bread and spices. No false advertising here, this is a interesting brew......glad to have tried it but I wouldnt seek it out on a regular basis.

This was a treat. I mean it could have been a LOT better. But this was the first time I’ve ever had anything like this. The flavor actually tasted like banana bread--which I love. My only complaint is that other than the banana bread the rest kind of just tasted like your average cheap beer. Still worth a try.

Cerveja com sabor banana, se sente no paladar somente ao fim, deixando sabor de banana na boca. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Big banana and grain flavor. Tasty and somewhat low alcohol-usually what I buy for people who don’t like beer. They usually like this one. Has a little bit of a bitter finish, but it is mostly overwhelmed by banana.

Bottle to shaker glass. Pour deep golden. Not much head, no lacing. Smells like banana. Tastes like bananas Light carbonation, light body. Watery. Finishes semi-sweet. Well I tried it.

Cask : Battersea Beer Festival 2004. A huge banana aroma hits you as soon as you bring the glass anywhere near your face. It tasts bananary too! Not much body, not much else really, but I like bananas so I liked it. I wouldnt try it with other fruit though...imagine....fig beer!

Smell carries just enough banana to be a promising beer, but the overall taste is watery and underwhelming. Neither enough beer or fruit flavor to make drinking it worthwhile.

Aroma: Holly smokes batman it smells like ale and bananas! Appearance: Burnt orange thin white head. Taste: Well if i was to say it does not taste like banana bread i would be a liar it does in fact taste nearly identical to Banana bread. Palate. Average in all regards. Overall: I am so torn as a fantastic ale it is nothing to write home about but it flat out NAILS what it is going for with an exclamation point the bottle say it is going for the "Liquid bread" feel with banana flavor IE "Liquid banana bread" and damn if it does not deliver to the point you wish you just has some crumpets, bacon and eggs with it.

Pours a golden amber, with a foamy off-white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of bananas overpower, with not much else discernible. Flavor is a rather different matter as yeast dominates. A faint sweet banana taste lingers in the background with some subtle maltiness. Mouthfeel is crisp, with sharp carbonation. In sum, a bit of a disappointment; would have been better if the taste matched the aroma. Worth a try, but pales in comparison to dunkelweizens for banana flavor.

A banana filled aroma with a little hop, is a clear dark golden color, tastes distinctly of banana bread, it is a smooth enjoyable beer, good to the last drop!
