This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

Vanilla, banana, caramel scent. Light and refreshing akin to a lager. Carbonation present, little hops, banana/caramel very prominent. The flavour is interesting, but itís too short lived and artificial banana is all it has to offer. Still good though.

The commercial desription of this beer fits it quite well. I would describe the color as a bit more amber, and it has a foamy but very short-lived head with minimal lacing. The aroma is mild banana, not too strong, but very ripe with an initially sweet taste that finishes spicy and bitter. The banana is more in the aroma than the taste, at least to me, though it is there in the middle. It disappears quickly into a decent but weak finish, with a lingering bitter, clove-like aftertaste. This brew is quite dry, a little too much for my taste. It just needs something more, whether itís taste or body or whatever. I like it, but not enough to buy it again.

I donít think Iíve ever seen a more bubbly beer. Pours thin and and yellow with a quickly dissipating head. Strong aroma of dried bananas and cloves. Very malty sweetness, followed by bananas. Dry, bread finish with a slight hop bitternes. I really enjoyed this.

Light to medium brown, some white head. The smell is very close to actual banana bread, sweet and malty, does smell more like fake extract though. Interesting, but the taste is very meh. Too sweet, a bit fake tasting. Not a bad idea in my opinion, but I think it could be a lot better. Itís more of a novelty for me.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2014 This beer tastes like banana Bread to me, which is what is in the name of the beer. I find it very enjoyable. I like it. Not to sure about the clear bottle tho.

500ml Bottle. The thing about this beer, before I start to review it properly, is that it does what it says on the label - it is banana bread (no not bananas but BANANA BREAD) in liquid and alcohollic form - it is bloody lovely!!! That said.... Aroma is banana, cloves, cinnemon, brown sugar, malt, and yeast. Appearance wise it looks like a standard brown ale and it pours fairly weakly. Dont let that put you off because the taste is wonderful and what this beer is all about - pure banana bread, not bananas, not bread but banana bread. Fantastic!!! You wouldnt want to have more than one or two of these as its so rich.

The beer is orange in color and quite clear. Thin off white head. The aroma is just exactly that of fresh baked banana bread - nothing else. No hop aroma. No detectable bitterness. Once sipping, in addition to the obvious banana flavor a note of bubble gum can be picked up. One dimensional malt background. Curious if banana is a flavoring added or if they somehow stressed the yeast to produce isoamyl acetate? Average body. Fun novelty beer. Enjoyable to try but wouldnít add to my cellar.

The flavor is very rich. Itís huge on the malt front and that followed up by some fruit. You get huge bready notes. The warmer the beer getís the sweeter it gets. Itís pretty sweet overall. The aroma gives you some strong banana and a good amount of malt. The aroma is the best part of the beer. Pours a light brown color with a thin ring of head. Very little lacing and moderate carbonation. It finishes with a little pepper taste that tends to linger on your palate. This beer is pretty different overall. I was excited to try it but felt a little disappointed. Itís just too sweet in the end.

Klarowne, jasne piwo o ładnej pianie. W aromacie słodkie, bananowe z delikatną nutą żelaza. W smaku zaskakująco mocno goryczkowe bez słodkich akcentůw. Dosyć lekkie w odbiorze.
