pours clear golden orange with a nice white head, some retention and lacing. brown ripened bananas - overdone, toasted caramel, herbs, spices, light biscuity malts - mostly caramel. average carbonation, light body - oily, decent grassy-peppery finish. tad sweet. not horrible, and maybe drinkable.. contrary to expectations.

Rotbraun, schäumt auf wie Limonade und genauso schnell verflüchtigt sich der Schaum wieder. Riecht nach Müllermilch-Banane, ziemlich heftig. Der fruchtige Bananeneinschlag setzt sich im Geschmack fort, aber zum Glück recht trocken. Klingt bitterlich aus. Dieses Bier wird bestimmt seine Anhänger haben, mein Geschmack ist es jedoch überhaupt nicht.

Interesting aroma and flavor on this one, as it really does smell and taste like a loaf of banana bread. Appearance is somewhat lacking, relatively flat carbonation and almost no head. Smells like bananas, with some light maltiness. Taste again is sweet bananas with a short metallic finish.

Central Market - It’s alright. Drinkable.... but nothing spectacular. You can really taste the banana flavor. Great as a novelty.

Well, I didn’t have it in the bottle or on cask, but I figure bottle is closer to draught than cask would be. Sample at the Pint Room on 5/17/13. Clear amber pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma of brown bananas and malt. Banana flavor with some malt character before a banana bread finish.

0,5L bottle. Good banana yeast mix aroma. Banana dominates. Taste is sour fruity banana. Little kids shampoo flavor and it kills other tastes. Finish is sour. Good expierience, but not everyday drinkable.

Bottle. Pours orange with tan head. Smells spicy, cloves, nutmeg, banana. Tastes like banana, nutmeg, wheat, good carbonation. Very fitting name for the beer.

This one poured a light amber color with a white head. Aroma was of light grain, caramel, and banana. Flavor was toast and banana. OK for what it is.
