COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled, Pasteurised.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

Iíd heard that this tasted artificial, like somebody squirted some extract into the barrel. On that front, I didnít think so - the flavour of banana tasted good and worked well with the toasty finish. There was something else sweet in there, though, which didnít feel necessary at all. I didnít have a problem with the way it was brewed, but ultimately I wasnít expecting much from a banana flavoured beer. It was about as enjoyable as I could have hoped for.

Poured from a 500ML bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- I cold detect yeast and hops but not the banana. Slightly off-put by that! LOL Appearance- This beer is a clear amber with a thin, small head Taste- Had a slightly yeasty sweet flavor, finally got a hint of the banana bread. Palate- Light bodied with a medium amount of carbonation Overall- Not a bad beer, I would probably buy this again, but the "banana bread" flavor I was expecting wasnít very strong for me so I felt kind of unfulfilled with this experience.

Muito boa. Gosto caramelado. Nao senti o sabor de banana. Leve. Amargor baixo. Foge das cervejas convencionais, mas vale experimentar.

500 ml bottle. Clear, light amber color, long-life medium-sized creamy beige head, slight banana aroma, light body, soft carbonation, sweet banana taste with malty sweetness in the background, sweet and bitter banana palate with simply hoppy notes. Smooth.

Well, this is different. But different good, not different bad. Lovely banana aroma, and that follows on with the first taste. Nice banana bread flavour at the fore on first sup, giving way to a bitter finish - perhaps a bit too bitter actually. Itís very good though. Recommending to friends.

Aroma is banana. Slight acetone, but not offensive. Appearance is clear yellowish brown. Taste is ash, alka-seltzer; citrus and banana are part of the aftertaste. Feel: Crisp, above average carbonation. Nothing special, but an interesting concept.

Bottle from Binny's poured in a standard pint glass. Nice aroma, tastes as you would expect as previous reviews state. As a fan of bananas, I really enjoyed this one. I hesitated at first, but picked up a bottle due to low cost. I was glad that I did. Will be buying again. Cheers! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bought to try a long time ago on vacation and was very pleasantly surprised. Had very fresh, fruity banana flavours. Fond memories!

I like to try new and different beers. Often times the trial beer gets dumped out. I Tried this then first time this weekend. It was a real treat. You can smell a faint banana aroma. It goes down very smooth its not sweet has no bite or bad after taste. Its pretty pricey but I would buy it again.

Pours a golden amber, aroma of bananas, hops, bread, pretty simple to explain, taste like dipping a piece of banana bread in beer. It is a must to try.

Is exactly what it says. Canít go wrong with something that tastes exactly like explained. If you donít like banana bread, donít get it.
