COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled, Pasteurised.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

I had low expectations because I refused to believe that a beer could taste like banana bread and color me impressed because it really does. A-Drank it out of a opaque bottle so I cant speak for its appearance. Smell- Bananas or course! Taste- It tastes like banana bread, seriously. MF- Surprised to see the pictures of the beer being so light because I felt like I was drinking a much darker beer. Almost stout like creaminess. Overall- If you like banana bread, bananas, or just sweet beer, give it a try. I am a big fan.

On draft at Trio in Kitty Hawk. Pours a clear copper with s thick off white head. Sweet malty nose dominated by banana. Flavor of banana bread. Cloying but much better than I expected.

"after eye-balling this on the local shelves for at least three years I finally bit the bullet. not too much risk, as the price is fairly mellow. aroma of ripe bananas, vanilla, spices, and a touch of hoppy beer underneath. the feel started out thin and overly carbonated, but there was a creamy texture seemingly intermingled with the back of the flavor, which was more fresh ripe banana. buttery, spiced, bready somehow. this was cooler than i thought it would be. i won;t drink it regularly, but every once and a while, a cool party trick."

Is exactly what it says. Can’t go wrong with something that tastes exactly like explained. If you don’t like banana bread, don’t get it.

~Banana in the aroma, with nutty breadiness. it does smell like banana bread with some hop spiciness. Quite nice really. ~Pours an orangish amber color with quickly disappearing bubbly white head. ~Banana throughout in flavor even in the burp with bready nuttiness. There is a flavor I cant quite pinpoint that is a bit off putting. ~medium bodied with high CO2, lingering banana and weird finish. ~I liked the aroma. Something seemed off in the flavor and CO2 was way too high. Probabaly quite a bit better in a cask. Wouldnt buy again in a bottle

Bottle shared at the "Great British Weekend" event in Belgrade. Uncannily tastes like the ex-Yu candy ’krem banana’, which I personally despise. Sweet, sickly. Coppery pale, clear bottle. Artificial banana all the way through. I don’t like bananas and I don’t like this. Usually ’banana bread’ is an insult I’d levy at a beer.
