2.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 Bricks (457) - Delaware, USA - JUL 10, 2010Aroma is good, definitely can smell banana and bread. Palate is OK... thin. Not a great taste. Smells more like banana nut bread than it tastes. The after taste is very dry.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Radek Kliber (5906) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - MAY 12, 2013
Aroma: worty with dark musky slightly spicy, peppery feel. Some sweeter malt below. Still fairly dry. 5+
Look: poured clear with golden amber look. Light fizzy top. 2+
Taste: thinner mid with fuller walls (unusual). Plenty of caramel with vanilla candy like feel. Sweet follow up. Slight mineral backing. Softer finish. Decent enough.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 1stRndDraught (10) - Birmingham, USA - APR 30, 2013
Definitely not an every day beer. Thought, great if you want to try some thing unique. It certainly tastes like bananas, though the bread part I am not so sure of. If you pick up a 4 pack and take it to a house party you will most assuredly get some strange looks, and it is a great conversation starter.

Aroma de banana e lembra geléia de mocotó. Pouca espuma. Cor alaranjada. Seu sabor não consegui decifrar. Não lembra banana, mas é bom. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 chalicemaster (34) - Ohio, USA - APR 24, 2013
I’d heard that this tasted artificial, like somebody squirted some extract into the barrel. On that front, I didn’t think so - the flavour of banana tasted good and worked well with the toasty finish. There was something else sweet in there, though, which didn’t feel necessary at all. I didn’t have a problem with the way it was brewed, but ultimately I wasn’t expecting much from a banana flavoured beer. It was about as enjoyable as I could have hoped for.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Shooter42 (73) - California, USA - APR 20, 2013
Decent but not a beer I will drink again. I taste more bubble gum then banana and lacking the malt I was expecting. Too light and strange with a ginger aftertaste.

Not a bad banana beer. But it is a banana beer, lots of yeast can do what they are doing with extract. Nothing special, but not bad either. carb allows a constant head ring. Banana aroma and banana flavor. Nice easy drinking candied flavor. If this is an english strong ale... need to drop it a few points.

Så här får man inte göra. Vidrigt, det smakar bara konstgjord banan, något som inte växer narturligt någonstans på denna jord.

Bottle at 6C. Good aroma, but the taste is like artificial banana. Hoppy and sweet, not harmonious.

$4.99 from MB. A bit steep if you ask me. Earthiness gets in the way. Also, what’s up with "more experienced" employees as the only ones who can check an ID? The greased-haired dude made me honestly want to forget about buying the bottle. He was terrible at keeping anyone calm. He reminds me of Milton in Walking Dead: wormy, annoying, and hasn’t really served a purpose because all of his experiments never worked out. Oh, and this beer is drinkable. I guess. Very candy-like. Alright.
