Kind of reminded me of the candy called Circus Peanuts.... GROSS. But after a while, it got better. I was hoping for more spice/wheat flavors. It is false advertising to call this "Banana Bread Beer." It should simply be called "Banana Beer." But then no one would buy it. But that’s what it is.

Aug 8, 2008 Pours a big fizzy white head, clear golden copper color. Strong banana aroma, reminds me of banana bread. The initial flavor is flat, a little bitter then a little banana taste. Pretty non-descript probably was better back in November 2007.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottle. Medium sized off-white head that mostly expired, very little lacing, visible carbonation, transparent, and a gold hue. The aroma was very much bananas and some spicyness. Ditto for the flavor. Mildly tingly mouthfeel and light-medium in body. Over-the-top banana flavor IMO and a little went a long way for me. Just too much banana flavor! Definitely not a beer I want to have again. Next!

Aug 5, 2008 Bottled. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet ripe bananas and wheat. The initial flavor has a hint of banana but you really get the full flavor as it fades away. Some floral hops with a bit of dryness in the finish. The banana isn’t over powering, but gets more noticable towards the finish.
