Bonne bière, mousse légère, arômes multiples et parfois surprenant, niveau gustatif généreux. Globalement une bière sympathique.

Cask HP at The Crosse Keys Bishopsgate as Bombardier Burning Gold. Golden yellow, still, clear, foamy white head. Aroma is simple grains, socks, papery, lager. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is pale biscuit, musty rug, dried flowers. A balanced if thin and uninspiring beverage. Can drink this easily enough.

Cask. Cross Keys, Handsworth, Sheffield. Which isn’t a JDW. Clear gold. Thick, dense, creamy white head. Nose has creamy malts. Some sulphur. Search hard enough and there’s some citrus. Taste is light, metallic bitter. Medium body. Metallic bitter finish. Not quite as bad as I thought it might be.

Cask. Aroma lightly citric and grainy. Golden with white foam. Has a crisp clear taste with some fruity sweetness. Softly carbonated at the finsh. A plesant taste of summer on a winter night.
