Pours a cloudy orange-amberish colour with a medium sized tan coloured head. Aroma reminds me of some kind of berry...strawberries perhaps and maybe some cherry. A FIRM malty nose as well. Taste is creamy and pleasent, hops are noticeable initially then it fades into caramel, apples and cinnamon.

This beer poured a dark copper/amber color with nice white head that lasted a long time. The aroma was fruity but not real prominent. The taste was also of dark fruit with a bit of spice to it as well as a touch of hop bitterness. The mouthfeel was smooth and sort of creamy. I enjoyed this beer and at 5.2% abv, it was an easy drinker.

The aroma is malty and yeasty with a typical ESB type yeast. The hops are mild. The appearance is deep amber with a decent head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is typical for the style. Overall it’s good stuff.

(bottle, purchased at “Little Britain”, a small retailer for UK goods, situated in a former residential for Brits in Dortmund, Germany) Clear, amber colour with a mid-sized and light-beige foamy head. Light-sweet, toast-malty aroma with caramel, licorice, subtle lemon-fruity notes and spicy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toasty malty base with distinctive fruity notes of red berries and a lighter touch of caramel; dry, bitter and fruity finish with a quite rich and spicy hops character. Good one, could have had a bit more body (27.X.08).

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a nice hazy golden orange color. Aromas of nice citrus/grapefruit hops. Flavor starts malty and the hops kick in, nice crisp bitter finish.

Aroma of roasted malt and light hops. A copper pour with creamy gooey off white head and lace. Medium roasted malt with a decent lingering finishing evergreen like bitter. A bit of a sulphurish flavor but barely a tick. Carbonation is a tad over the top mouthfeel is ok. A very nice drinker.
