Nice clear copper color with a good sized brown-ish foamy head. Aroma is subtle, mostly caramel hops, and sweetness. Flavor is is true to the aroma, with some additional spice. Clean and dry. Nice beer.

Pours a copper-red and has a rich, frothy head compaired to many similar ales. Malty aroma mixed between grain and caramel. I didn’t really pick upon the spicy aroma mentioned in the bottles description, but it does come through in the flavour. The flavour remains malty with a slightly bitter aftertaste. A pretty decent ale overall.

Can. Nutty bitter flavor with butterscotch and toffee.Fairly long, nasty bitter aftertaste. A bit vegetable-like. Hint of toffee in the aroma. Metal in the aftertaste. Just drinkable.

Poured from the bottle the beer is a beautiful deep amber red colour, with a nice beige head which froathes down to a nice creamy film. Really nice lookin beer. Aroma is grainey with strong fruit notes. The aroma reflects the flavor with a grainey, fresh baked bread flavor with notes of fruit, hops and malts. Judging from other peopls reveiws not to many people were impressed with the palat of this beer. I however found the beer to have a pretty solid mouth feel, texture was a little thin, but the carbonation helped pull it together and the finish was just dry enough to keep me coming back for more. All and all, a nice well rounded, solid English Bitter.

Enjoyed it a La Philarmonic in Barcelona, watching how Bayern Munich defeated Real Madrid in Champions League 2007. Overall I enjoyed the fruit flavor, mostyly peaches, and its sweet bitternes at the end.
