Dark mahogany pour with earthy, fruity nose and strong malt presence. This is an excellent example of a bottled English bitter. I heartily recommend.

Tap. Dark reddish brown. Malty slight nose, earthy and lightly floral. Flavor is heavy on the malt, with a dry finish, and musty hop notes.

Pours a nice red amber with a tan coloured head. Aroma is of red apple, that distinctive English biscuit, spice, and some dark fruits. Tastes like apples, biscuit, dark fruits, black pepper, hint of cloves, plum, and a bitter finish. This beer is very watery. This isn’t a winner, but is a fine session.
