| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 21, 2007 Pours a clear mahogany with a short, tan head. Strong caramel aroma with light aclohol, light vinegar and dusty grains. Soft metallics in the mouth with an astringent twinge... a little fluffy yet a bit heavy as well (read: "interesting palate"). Malty flavor gets whisked away by a dry, alcoholic finish. A little raw, yet mainly just sweet and smooth ending with a tea-like bitterness.
