2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
A slightly more decent than the average run-of-the-mill PL. It had some pilsner like qualities to it, crisp and bitter with some piney hops, but with enough sweet malts to back it up. I think the low-rating isnít entirely fair. It did have a huge nitro-head, which I guess a lot of people donít like, but this was still enjoyable.

500ml can, 5% a/v
Pours a light gold colour. The aroma is corn, and grains. Taste is a decent balance of hops and malt, very watery though, and a thin mouthfeel. Not a great beer, but not particularly bad either.

ah.....another visit to the land of pale lagers! Well the aroma is pretty bland. Sweet corn, cooked vegetables, nothing very exciting. Nice head on the beer though, itís lasting a good amont of time, and there is also some decent lacing on the glass. Flavour is wattery, i suppose itsa good balance between whatever hops, and malt iím slightly tasting. Not a very good beer, but in the pale lager category, itís decent.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours out a nice golden yellow color with a huge white head. Aroma is that of corn, wheat, and barley. Flavor is very much the same but has a thin finish. Over all a very drinkable lager and something that would be enjoyable again

500 ml can. pours orange/yellow/gold with modest white head that fades out like a song the band didnt know how to finish. has mid carbonation that works well. smells grainy with faint traces of hops and malt. taste is sweet and again hops briefly make an apperance. a decent pale lager. when im in the mood this beer never dissapoints.

[298-20070507] 500mL. Wheaty yeast aroma has non-descript vegetable and hints of wet cardboard. Clear, orange copper body with some medium-sized bubbles and a big foamy white head. Light wheat and hints of fruity apple flavouring. Light-medium body. Nice and smooth and bland and watered down.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Gold in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas of slightly sweet pale malt and a bit of grassy hop. More semi-sweet malt notes in the mouth, with a touch of corn and a vague green hop presence. Medium bodied, with some apparent bitterness. A bit too heavy for the style and a bit light on the hops, but not too bad overall. I acctually drank the whole can, which is saying something considering the style. Thanks to mnurda for bringing the can back from Toronto.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can: Poured a golden yellow color lager with a medium bubbly white head with minimal retention. Aroma of semi-sweet malt and light hops is a bit shy but could have been worse. Taste is sweet with some light floral hops at the end. There is some adjunct in there but not in such large quantities as to gross out the whole thing. Overall, this was not a bad beer but not something I would go for again.
