1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tin, 500ml shared with Phil. Pale gold with white fizzed head. Thin, corny, cereal lager with metallic and cardboard notes. A little late citrus note, but this just emphasises how bad the rest is. Not good.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Can from LCBO. Golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Muted grassy aroma with very mild grains and floral notes. Moderate bitterness, slightly floral grains over muted malt. Average palate. Dull but mostly inoffensive.

[298-20070507] 500mL. Wheaty yeast aroma has non-deScript vegetable and hints of wet cardboard. Clear, orange copper body with some medium-sized bubbles and a big foamy white head. Light wheat and hints of fruity apple flavouring. Light-medium body. Nice and smooth and bland and watered down.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 11/20
Small creamy white head; clear yellow body. Very, very faint fruity aroma. Taste is fruity, acidic malts with harmonic grassy hops. Velvety mouthfeel. Dry, bitter, grassy aftertaste. Good session beer. (0.5l on tap.)

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: JAN 26, 2006 Can (500ml). Poured vaguely reddish clear gold with an average pillowy white head. Aroma is lightly skunky but intriguingly strong with hops, active and somewhat piney - not too sweet, almost gingery. Taste is less hoppy, but not bad - simple, a little carbonated, with a pleasant bite to it. I don’t mind this one.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can: Poured a golden yellow color lager with a medium bubbly white head with minimal retention. Aroma of semi-sweet malt and light hops is a bit shy but could have been worse. Taste is sweet with some light floral hops at the end. There is some adjunct in there but not in such large quantities as to gross out the whole thing. Overall, this was not a bad beer but not something I would go for again.

Again, too scared to get the BIG plastic 2 litre bottle and, luckily, the can was just enough. Thank you for the options... though I found this beer boring.
