Sweet toffee smell that is pretty strong! Taste isn’t as sweet or heavy as I expected, toffee is still there with a touch of bitterness, more watery than I expected it to be. Wish it was heavier and a bit sweeter like I thought...

Pours clear dark amber little nose. Sweet malt nose but medicinal notes. Medium mouthfeel, low carbonation. Cloyingly Sweet malt with medicinal aftertaste, like sweet cough medicine. Not sure I will drink this again

Clear light brown with zero head to speak of. Nutty aroma. Creamy texture with a taste that is, well, as describes.

Very well named. Good maltiness with toffee and caramel flavor. Definitely a good choice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

courtesy of Philipp Sigg - clear ruby-brown beer with a moderate foam left; strong and evident notes of toffee; sweetish, thin-bodied and with more strong toffee notes in the finish - one-dimensional and surprising, yet ok

Appearance: clear brown with a short, short-lived light tan head, minimal patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: sweet toffee and butterscotch, very light coffee. (6/10) Taste: strong sweet, mild bitter. (5/10) Palate: medium sticky body, moderate carbonation, lightly bitter finish. (3/5) Take one unremarkable ESB and one bag of Werther’s Originals. Powder the toffees and mix them in the beer. Enjoy. It is a honest beer, some critics are hard but the taste of a beer is something personal. The taste is bitter with some coffee and we can taste in a discret way the puddind or toffee. The colour is dark like the double chocolate.

Goldish brown color. Sweet butterscotch sticky and cloyingly thick. Gimmicky and gross Pass.
