Based on the Great British pudding, full of rich sticky toffee-ness.

Chestnut pour with a thin creamy to soapy beige head. Aroma is loaded with toffee and butterscotch, toast, a little cereal, light apple skin and hints of fruity and planty hops. Flavor is toffee, caramel, butterscotch, earthy yeast, light metal, tree fruit and some fruity, fuggles-like hops to the finish. Light body slightly syrupy entry, light, but sharp and very blanketing carbonation and a dry finish. Decent overall, too buttery and not sweet enough for all the buttery flavors.

12 oz bottle from Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. A novelty and enjoyable for the same. Would have been a lot better with a sweeter and heavier taste of toffee.

330ml bottle. This tastes a lot like the dessert, huge toffee flavor, sweet, like a dessert. Good if you like "food" beers.

Wow! Aroma of chocolates and pudding. Very robust flavour of toffee pudding. Wells does a great job with desert beers!

An opaque brown body with a thin tan head that had mild retention. Sweet toffee notes and butter in the aroma. Flavor was mostly of sweet toffee there was some butter notes but not in a negative way. Full mouth feel. Although it was mostly one dimensional it was good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml bottle. Dark amber brown color. Small creamy beige head. Rich toasted malt nose has notes of toffee and nuts. Flavor is a creamy toffee malt with a slight tannic background. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Notes of brewed tea and sweet caramel. Finish is dry.

I bought this because I love toffee but it just didnt do it for me. Amber pour but somewhat watery...notes of toffee aroma, but not a great finish.

Bottle. Very dark amber pour with a smaller beige head. Lots of vanilla in the aroma. Creamy and sweet. This is growing on me.

"Too low a percentile on rb and too high on here. I thought this was good and exactly as advertised, do some of the lowball scores make no sense, but to each his own. A nice looking mahogany pour. Aroma and flavor heavy with toffee but balanced with some earthy hops, with a lighter body that prevents it from being cloying. Won’t get a lot but I’ll have it again I’m sure."

Bottle. Pours a deep amber color with a fair head. Aroma of toffee, malt, vanila and dark fruit. Taste of toffee, dark fruit and bit of malt. Mild bitterness and a fairly dry finish. Mediumbody, smooth with an interesting feel. Decent beer but a tad sweet.

Pours a three finger khaki head that fades very slowly leaving a good lace. dark brown color, no highlights. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Toffee nose and flavor is toffee then some hop bitterness. Not bad but a one time good deal for me. $3.49 for a 330ml bottle from Julio’s Liquors Westborough, Ma.
