Cloudy orangey golden colour with average to big fluffy white head. Yeast, wheat, mild caramel sweetness, mild sweetness and touch of wet cardboard in aroma. Flavour is a bit harsher. Wheat, grainy and bready malt, touch of hops and paper in flavour. Thin.

Hazy golden colour with a thick creamy head - certainly looks the part. Aroma of fruit, banana, wheat. Tangy, almost fruit punch flavour is a bit thin (as expected from an alcohol free) but still nice.

Looks the part; dense, tight, 2 inch head that mushrooms out the glass. Highly effervescent deep tawny amber body that is not overly cloudy, just hazy. Light rubber, burnt toast, highly phenolic, clove-like aroma with hints of strawberry, banana, vanilla and lemon rind. Quite thin, watery, highly carbonated and racy in the mouth. Very light on flavourwise; phenols are rampant like the nose with burnt toast and cloves in the tail and in the swallow. Light, sour wheat malt touch, a little lemon and banana linger between each sip. It goes down fast, not much to contemplate. Very clean in flavour but then there is not much there. Pours a hazy copper orange colour with a white head. Aroma of wheat, grass and some sweet honey-like notes. Flavour of wheat, grass, citrus, wet paper and some weak sweet notes. Light bodied, thin mouthfeel and a finish of wheat, hay and light citrus. Not really the best Low Alcohol Weissbier out there. Too thin and lacks fruitiness.

Bottle: Orangey coloured, cloudy, stable creamy off-white head; mineralic-papery and distinctive fruity nose; light bodied to watery, light sweetish-sourish flavour; short slim tart and sourish-wheaty finish. No pleasure.....

bottle, bought at Kloster Weltenburg. Cloudy yellow, large white head. Lovely carbonation vivible. Light-bodied, malty with a fruity touch. Refreshing.

Unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fresh banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091004]
