Bottle from Trinkgut in Kleve. The beer is hazy yellow/golden colored and has a large stable white head, with nice carbonation. The aroma is as expected for a Weizen, fruity and yeasty, with tones of bananas, citrus, yeast and grassy notes. The taste is medium to full and has a little creamy texture, with some nice yeast notes, also bananas and in the end a little bitterness from spices like cloves. The finish is light dry, refreshing and light bitter.

Flaske. Farven er gyldengul og skummet er hvidt. Aromaen er banan og kløver medens smagen er banan, hvede og krydderier. En meget velsmagende hvedeøl.

I find some German beers too soft, too much volume correctesamb aroma, color, craft made, but dedicated to a public that is not my taste. A beer that cost me a lot to try again.

From Hipercor. In Paulaner glass. After dinner. Nice weissbier, with a thick body and good taste. However, it hasnt anything special either.

50cl bottle, served in Weizen glass. Pours golden-orange with a nice white head. Banana, yeast and sugar on the nose. The taste is pretty much in line with what a Weissbier should be...just maybe a little bit more bitter, but that’s all. Very balanced on the palate. Mouthfeel is medium, carbonation ok. Good.
