...500ml bottle from world of beer. I wasn’t impressed by this one, it had some flavors I didn’t like, such as vegetables, and it was rather musty. It was also sour, and had very light carbonation. Was a deep orange with a dirty head. Just wasn’t my thing.

Cloudy golden color. Fruity nose. Nice, layered palate showing some ripe pear, grains and a touch of citrus. Soft mouthfeel, and a long, fruit filled finish.

500ml bottle from the Kumiyama Aeon liquor shop. As "Weltenburger Kloster Hefe-Weissbier Hell." Smooth sweet banana aromas, also some fresh candy scent. Very thick and cloudy dirty yellow. Great curtain of lace. Gentle layers of fruit and and honey flavors. Great carbonation. Mild warm aftertaste. Just the right amount of astringency at the end. A very good wheat!

In bottle. Pours a cloudy light golden colour with a very thick, lasting white head. A big banana and wheat aroma upfront. Similar flavours with some cloves and peppercorns in there also. Heavy carbonation and a lovely creamy mouth-feel. Surprisingly dry. Very nice indeed.

50cl bottle. Pours golden, orange and cloudy with a very generous head. Nose of pineapple and a savoury yeast note. Taste of oranges and cream. Palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and elegant on the finish. Overall, the texture is excellent and that makes it.

Aromatica. Sapore di mele e di pane con qualche sentore di pere. Abbastanza persistente nel finale. E’ molto beverina. Il monastero in cui la fanno (si fregia del nome " Kloster", attribuibile solo alle birre fatte nel monastero) è uno dei più antichi della Germania. Diversa dalle altre weisse famosissime ( più bananose e con sapori di bubblengum) ma ugualmente buona.

Bottle. orange and slightly cloudy. Some fruitiness and a small head. Not one of my favourites from Germany.

Typical wheat bear a light cloudy amber color. Taste of wheat and citrus with a dry finish. Fairly high carbonation.

A sweet brew, aroma and taste are banana and wheat. Nothing foul tasting about it, but light-bodied and not very exiting. Colour is an unclear orange, whilst the small head is white. (Bottle)
