Bottled version. Poured a clear light amber with a rather thick and lasting white head. Strong apple juice aroma is pleasing. Very malty and sweet tasting beer. Not incredibly rich or complex but sweet and enjoyable. Very solid for this type of thing.

This was really easy to like. Dark brown with a small head. Taste of cookies and cream, chocolate and coffee. Almost no hops, not much complexity, creamy in the mouth. Not a beer to study, just easy to enjoy. Hard to imagine how its ratings could be so low.

0,5 l bottle. A clear amber in the glass, fine head. Starts dry malty, not really sweet. Bready, caramell citrus hints in the background, mid spicy. Easy to drink, but Lager ist still not my favourite style.

500ml bottle @ Bavarian Beerhouse in Cairns. A decent Marzen with clear golden appearance and malty sweet tongue. Bread and dry hops on the nose. Finishes dry and hoppy. Medium bodied and slick.

2014 Advent Calendar #8, 330ml, best before 17-06-2015. Pours clear deep gold with one finger of loose white head diminishing gradually to a thick cap, moderate lacing. (4/5) Nose is grainy pale malt, grassy hops, faint fruit and smoke. (7/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter, mild peppery spice. (7/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, lingering and building bitter and spicy finish. (4/5) Pleasant enough märzen even if the season for them is a little past us. Not too sweet, with a decent little peppery spice in the finish. (14/20)

Barwa: jasno bursztynowa, idealnie krystaliczna. Piana biała, początkowo obfita, grubo pęcherzykowa, dość szybko opadająca, wyraźnie oblepiająca szkło. Wysycenie średnie do niskiego. Aromat: głównie słodowy z nutami toffi i karmelu. Przyjemny.

Vaso Weizen. Color latón y cristalina. Esppuma blanca, corona tupida y retención aceptable. Aromas malteados, florales y ltstado moderado. Entrada picante que cede a sabores caramelizados y fenólicos. Cuerpo ligero/medio y carbonatación moderada. Textura aguada. Amargor floral en el intermedio que permanece hasta el final. Recuerdos de infusión y licor de hierbas en el retrogusto. 500ml bottle. Weizen glass. Brass color, clear appearance. White froth & lose crown showing fairly good retention. Malty, floral & mild toasted aromas. Spicy upfront, candy & phenolic flavors follow. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Watery mouthfeel. Floral bitterness arises & lingers into bitter finish. Herbal infusion & liquor memories on the aftertaste.

Bottle picked up at the Alpine Village store in Torrence, California. Pristinely clear in the glass, golden, thin white clingy head. Sweet cereal malt aroma. Predominantly sweet in flavor, not cloying but simple and boring. Medium bodied with a foamy feel that finishes thin.
