Pours a deep brown with a foamy tan head. It has a rich aroma of caramel, toffee, and toasted malt. The flavor is toasted malt and caramel up front with a toast and toffee finish over a heavy body.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Dark opaque brown colour with a medium beige head with not so much retention.
Aroma is caramel malts, and dark fruits.
Taste begins sweet caramel but then appear notes to roasted malts and hop to balance it. I like it so much.
After the temperature increase, we can feel warm liquor notes, very pleasant.
Full body. Long finish

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Glowing yet clean brown body and small yet stable head. Clean brown malts, biscuit and toast, nutty, herbal spicy hops. Really nice. Packs a huge amount of aroma for such a clean and moderate alcohol beer (for the style). Griany, roasty, unique. Prototypical lager yeast and really nice. Doesn’t need a thick body. Great autumn beer! (50cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Dark brown colour with flashes of ruby and a thick beige head. Aroma of earthy malt with toffee and chocolate. The same notes come through in the flavour (+ a bit of coffee as well), with a strong, sweet start and a smooth, mildly bitter finish
