0,5l fles meegebracht uit Duitsland. Diep bruin met een crème kraag. Geur en smaak met een zoet karakter, carmale toffee, in de afdronk ook duidelijk de donkere mout met cacao. Aardige bok

Weltenburger Kloster Asam Bock has a thick, frothy, creamy, beige head, a dark brown, bubbly appearance, and moderate lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of rich, bready, malt and some strong, dark, slightly-turned fruit. Taste is of all that, with raisin and prune, with anise or licorice notes. Mouthfeel is heavy and syrupy, and Weltenburger Kloster Asam Bock finishes sloppy, sweet, and wonderful. RJT

Draft at Bierstube. Very dark ruby black pour with a large frothy beige head. Nice full body. Rich (but muted) dark amber flavors. Bruised peaches. Toffee. Peat. Black cherry cordial. Rotted tangerines and nectarines. Light chocolate and carab. Dark herbal florals. Nicely balanced. Great stuff!

Bottle 500ml. Pours dark brown with low light-beige head. Some lacing. Aroma is of apples, fruits, caramel, maple toffee, malt. Taste is of caramel, alcohol, bitterness, roasted malt, dark fruits (and apples/peaches cooked). Some bread. Palate: Full bodied. Soft, lazy carbonation. Sweet. Sticky on the lips. Overall: Tasty lager. Nice yeast/malt features. Slightly too sweet.

Pours a deep brown with a foamy tan head. It has a rich aroma of caramel, toffee, and toasted malt. The flavor is toasted malt and caramel up front with a toast and toffee finish over a heavy body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark opaque brown colour with a medium beige head with not so much retention. Aroma is caramel malts, and dark fruits. Taste begins sweet caramel but then appear notes to roasted malts and hop to balance it. I like it so much. After the temperature increase, we can feel warm liquor notes, very pleasant. Full body. Long finish Really nice

Had this for a while, I think o forgot it was supposed to be good. But good it is. Big caramelized malt aroma with some booze and a hint of citrus even. Light roast and nut. Pours very dark brown with good head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Bottle from Total Wine.
