Bottle from the cave. Aroma is roasty brown ale malts, pale lager malts and some grassy herbal hop character. Taste is similar not much in the way of chocolate malts, a nice dunkel, however reminds me of a lagered brown ale.

Pours a rich dark brown with a thick light tan head. Complex sugary sweet caramel and toffee aroma. Sweet caramel malty body with some chocolate notes and bready yeastiness. Sticky sweet finish has a chocolate chip cookie feel to it. Very enjoyable, thanks BierBauch!

Rasins and mollasses in both nose and flavour, some burnt toast. Creamy and raisiny palate, with some nice burnt bitterness in the finish, some roast, slight;y sticky and sweet, pleasant dunkel however.

Bottled, 500ml, filtered? from REAL Supermarket, Bamberg. Beautiful Ruby brown colour with off white head, a stunner for appearance. This looks the business and certainly the beer is a full, fruity one with touches of caramel and roasty notes. It finishes a little short and sweetish, but it is very drinkable. Good stuff.

(bottle) The name is program. A very flavoursome Dunkel. Dark red-copper coloured with a tanned head. Complex aroma of roasted malts, coffee and herbal hops with hints of resinous wood. Initially fine toasted malts rounded up with aromatic hops and a very dry & bitter (for a Dunkel), lasting aftertaste.
