Buttery aroma with notes of hops, sweet malt and some acidity. Fresh.
Newly grinded malt flavor. Notes of müsli, smoked sausage. Some acidity. Some bitterness. A bit dry.

Oct 23, 2003 Bottled: Golden coloured. Clear. White lasting head. Malt and some sweetness in the aroma. The flavour is full, sweet and malty. Has a delicious hops taste to it. Light caramel is present. Ends up with a great bitterness. One of the best Octoberfest I've tried yet.

Jun 18, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful dark amber golden color and a small, tight head. Incredibly delicious and full toffee flavor with a distinct hoppy bitterness. Actually resembles good English ales, but Oktober Festbier is bottom fermented naturally. A treat for the palate. 220803
