Fresh grassy and aromatic hop aroma. Golden, microscopic bubbles, lacing white head. The flavor has an overall field theme: Low level Hayish malt isbase for a nice grassy hop profile. Medium body, soft mouthfeel with a bit of tickling carbonation. Dry bitterhop exit. A quite nice pils.

Very light hazy golden color with a large white fluffy head. Lightly sweet malt, yeast, orange and hops aorma. Light flavors of pepper, hops, malt, and citrus. A great pilsner!

This bottled brew poured a large head of medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a fair lace. The body was softly carbonated hazy and yellow colored. The aroma was mild with malt and hop notes typical of a Classic German Pilsner. The flavor was malty with a mild fruity note to its buttery sweetness.

hotstuff (4269) - Indiana, USA - FEB 16, 2004
Bottle. This beer formed a small sized white creamy and smooth head with fine sized bubbles that mostly diminished. The body was slightly cloudy and carbonated with a yellow hue. The nose was malty, lightly hoppy and some citrus notes. The flavor was sweet and lightly bitter. The mouthfeel was creamy and the texture was a bit dry. This was a medium bodied beer with fair lacing.

Pale golden colour with a short to non existent head. Hoppy aroma, citrus in the taste as well as a steely bitterness some butter and a nice finish. Enjoyed this! Cheers!

This beer is a bit of an odd proposition. I couldn't decide if this beer was really elegant and understated or just plain boring. Mildly hoppy aroma, some fresh air, mint leaves, with the faintest paper/honey malt aroma. Quite lean and dry in the mouth with some sweet malt showing very briefly at rather unexpected junctures. Initially a bit watery, then a hit of spicy hop flavour but not really bitter. A bit unexciting, but I feel it had a degree of finesse that my primitive taste buds really didn't appreciate.

wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 2, 2003
50 cL bottle, pilsener glass, 1/16/05 bbe, 48 degrees F. Tall, creamy, rocky, white head is well lasting and sits on a crystal clear, pale golden, effervescent body with an indescribable firm beauty to it. Cookie, light bread malt (M); herbs and grassy hops (H); pear, white wine aromas with a touch of honey. Lightly sweet, moderately bitter flavor becomes a moderately bitter finish with a crisp, clean acidity. Leaves my mouth feeling refreshed after each sip. Medium-light body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. The bottom line is: a little grainy and a little too heavy, but otherwise this beer succeeds everywhere Pilsner Urquell and Staropramen suck donkey ass.

Golden in colour with a pleasant malty taste.Very crisp taste with some citrus flavours in the background.A very easy to drink pils that is recommended.

Jedsbrew (465) - Rhineland, Missouri, USA - OCT 18, 2003
Fairly rich golden color with a moderate head and thin lacing. Grassy aroma with some spice and citrus notes, cinnamon and lemon peel. Medium bodied and mellow with a light breadiness and floral sweetness, and a background hoppy bite. Smooth and dryish finish. A tasteful pilsner with significantly more character than several of the German lagers I've tried recently.

Slightly couldy yellow, thick syrupy mouthfeel. Lemony, grassy, a bit grainy. Lost most of it's carbonation somewhere along the way. Grassy bitterness at the end.
