Bottle @ Ambrosetti, Berlin. Pours hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Sweet estery nose and flavor. Maad banana. Some hay and wheat.

Cloudy golden with a huge white head. Sweet fruity aroma with ripe fruits, caramel and malty notes. Flavour was sweet with toasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

Pours clear, pale golden. With the yeast, it turns a good, muddy yellow. Lots of bubbles reach towards a relatively fizzy, white head. But it still retains. Good fruity aroma, lots of banana, some lemons, coriander, vanilla and sweet wheat. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is relatively sweet and wheaty at first, subdued banana and lemons. Finishes with a good, spicy hops and some sweet vanilla. Good hefe.

Thank you Masn/g2b.dk. It’s a hazy, light golden weiss with a huge, nice head. The aroma has notes of banana, and light notes of clove and wheat. The flavour has light notes of banana, clove and wheat. It’s OK, but the overall impression is light.
