Cask at Crown Inn, Manfield, N. Yorkshire. Hazy pale brown. Spicy hops covers mild milk chocolate. Light-medium bodied with soft, vital mouthfeel. Freshly hoppy with plenty of depth in the malt department. Mildly roasty with long balanced bitterness. Lovely drinkability.

Bottle. Thin white head, quickly dissipates. Clear copper body. Juicy hops, citrus, biscuity malt, spiciness. Lovely bitterness. Dry finish. Remarkable drinkability-- this one barely touched the glass!

Bottle. Light caramel malt and light hops aroma. Clear medium amber color with minimal head. Sweet toffee malt and medium citric hops flavor. Finishes a bit light. An easy drinking beer but on the light side.

Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light moderate hoppy, dark citrus, hop oilm UK hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, UK hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100917]

Bottle. Bronze beer with a quickly disappearing head. The aroma is roasted and quite well hopped, and the flavour is smooth, plainly hopped and roasted. Overall a very average beer.
