Pale yellow small Head. Hoppy floral aroma fruity. Crisp hoppy some sweet fruity flavor. Bitter finish.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small frothy minimally lacing white head. Decent caramel malty and light grainy aroma with a touch of hay. Taste is initially a bit muffled, dull, earthy, then the caramel malt comes out on top; some hay notes again, fading to a short bitter finish.

Swing top bottle. Pale golden color. Soft grassy hopbitter aroma and flavor. Fairly dry pilsener. Thin to medium bodied. A lingering hay aftertaste.

Bottle 50cl from Quack-Duck. A golden beer with medium head. Nose is slightly vegetable like. Aroma is on dry malt with grassy notes, relative low body, metallic and corn sugar notes. Not exceptional.

Bottle @ Bierzwerg.de. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy head. Grassy and grainy. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish. Sulphurish.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2012 Current RB classification puts this as my 100th "Classic German Pilsener". Swing-top by 06.09.12. Very sweet and intense nose, big citrus and grass, lemon and dust and straw with floral overtones. Dull golden on the way to orange with a sudsy off-white head. Taste has medium but lasting bitterness, cut with some metal and hard grain, light sweetness that may be perceived a little stronger on account of the hops. Medium body crisp but a little oily. OK.

Geruch hopfig, angenehm aromatisch. Start herb. Mitte aromareich, Melone, feinherbe Noten. Im Abgang stärker bitter. Recht gutes Pils.

Draught at the brauhaus
Very nice arom aof noble hops, and some crispy malt too. The mouthfeel is dry initially, then the malt brings some light sweetness; the malt flavor is moderate but of fairly good quality; quite strong bitterness but not much hop character. Solid, pleasant and fresh.
