Aroma is hops, straw and some background malts. Watery mouthfeel is a bit of a let down, didn’t taste of much on the first pass, some light bitterness in the finish. Taste is not improving, not bad, just bland. GarethYoung (1110), Glasgow, Scotland

Sulfury aroma and very light body. Amild, crisp hoppy flavor up front but fades. Well carbonated, with a bitterness that lingers slightly. Easy-drinking but not outstanding. pivnizub (5106), Bochum, Porúří, Germany
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 25, 2005 Bottle: Very pale yellow coloured, big fluffy head, rather long lasting; floral hoppy aroma, some malty notes in the background; mild bitter-sweet flavour, only slightly bitter finish; thin bodied, quaffable, but a bit watery. Not a real goodie..... SledgeJr (3005), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

Pours a deep gold with a substantial white head. Smells like a german bier. Has a great straw and hop aroma. Good malty taste with a strong enough hop finish to proclaim a little grapefruit. Way better than the keg of Butt Lite at the party. Good hop presence, nice mouthfeel - not too acidic. Very good beer for the price. Papsoe (15178), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 23, 2005 Pale, pale yellow with sharp effervescence and an initially large white head that ends scummy. Grassy aromas with bread dough... slighty sour. Flavor held an herbal bitterness. Very smooth (almost creamy) mouthfeel with a dry ending, mildly astringent.
