(Bottle) Pours a golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma of hops and grass. Although the flavor has a bitter bite to it, a good amount of malt helps balance this beer out. Moderate carbonation, and average pilsner mouthfeel. All in all, this beer is a pretty average example of the style.

Berlin Trip beer No.19. On draft. Golden body, small firm head. Low carbonation. First impression is of malt. Hops and bitterness in the middle with a long finish, bitter giving way to sweetness. Par for the course german pils.

At the end of the day it looked great and tasted okay. There was definately a quite bitter hoppiness to this beer, but on a hot day it would really hit the spot, if there was no peronni or superbock around

Bottle. Pours very pale yellow with a clear greenish hue to it. Head is medium and very foamy - like thick dishwasher foam. Surprisingly powerful aroma, though it has little besides a definite hay-like malty character. Mouthfeel is nice and round, filling my mouth well. Flavour is quite nice for the type. Some initial sweetness, leading on to quite a bitter edge. The hops are quite peppery.
