From Aldi. Quickly dissipating head gives way to lasting lacing on the glass. Well done here. Taste is noticeable Noble hops and adequate crispness. As others have noted, there is a slightly invasive level of sweetness that knocks this beer just a bit out of balance; otherwise this could be an excellent German Pils. Overall, pretty decent, and a really good find for $7 a six.

I don’t rate too much anymore, but this beer was awesome. Sent extra by Hopscotch, thanks Eric. Over the years I have learned to appreciate pilsners. I know many people only want the big beers and the whales, whatever that means. A good beer is a good beer and this is a great beer. Great grassy notes with hops. Very clean and refreshing. Thin mouthfeel with lots of carbonation. But to me it was the crisp bite with lemons throughout that I found nice. Just a great pils. Will seek this out again.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

Bottle. Pours a light golden color with a small head and bits of lacing. Aroma is on the mild side with bit of citrus and malty sweetness. Taste of a light malt sweetness and a bit of citrus. Mild bitterness and a finish that is quite dry. Light body, a very clean feel and smooth. Drinkable German Pilsener but nothing that will wow you.

Bottle; Pour is clear light gold with a fine bubbled white head into this glass ; it retains fairly well here, with some sticky lacing present. The nose is florals, sweet grains with clean mineral water - its typical. The flavor profile is initial floral, grain, lemon, but it is perhaps too sweet and lacking depth for me - Regardless, this is a nice / clean drinker

Drank from the bottle. Nice clean pils aroma. Light somewhat sweet flavor offset by some hops bitterness. Stays true to the style.

Pours clear gold with a fine white head. Aroma of pils malts. Flavor doesn’t follow up though and tastes a bit of cheap sugars. Slightly bitter with a strong malt back though. Aldi.

Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white head. Smells and tastes of dough, lager yeast, and pilsner malt. Average on the palate. Okay for what it is.

11.2 oz. bottle from ALDI. I was more impressed with head on this, than the body. I t poured a very pale greenish-yellow with a thick frothy white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma is faint grass and dough. Taste is hay, slightly astringent, yet crisp. Not bad for the price ($1/bottle), not sure if I’d buy again or not.
