On tap at Bellwoods, served in a shaker. Pours clear pale straw-yellow with no head. The nose is soft and floral with delicate sweet apple. The flavour is moderately sweet with soft apple, flowers and a touch of apple skin. The finish is long and subtly sweet with just a touch of earth. On the palate it is light in body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Overall, a decent delicate cider with nice floral notes. 2014-05-21

On tap at Volo. Pretty much clear with a slight green tinge and no head. Sweet apple with some skins, becomes dry, somewhat crisp, an odd hint of nail polish that throws me completely off. But there is a u-turn, almost like the nail polish was just there to throw you off so that it could redeem itself with a nice crisp dryness that cleanses the palate.

Aroma: medium intense nose. Soft green apple, mushy sweetness with slight tart finish.
Appearance: small top with pale golden clear base.
Taste/Palate: smooth with lighter carbonation. Nice apple character shown. Nice body and texture. Some dryness at top end.

On tap at the Only Cafe. Pours a clear pale straw colour with thin white cap. Aroma is apple skins and cooked apples. Flavour is likewise with a bit of medicinal character. Ok, but not my favourite cider.

jercraigs (7812) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 6, 2013
2013-07-22. Crisp pale yellow body, headless. Aroma of sweet apples, accents are straw and wood like but that is not quite it. Flavour is crisp, moderately acidic throughout which is pleasant and refreshing. Notes of apple must, fruit, ad vinous alcohol in the finish. Average bodied palate, modest to light carbonation. On tap at Volo, Toronto

Draught at ’The Rhino Summer Beer Festival 2013’. Pours a clear yellow with a spare diminishing bubbly white head. Nice aroma, dry with lots of tart apples. Flavour of tart apples, just a bit sweet -- lovely. Medium bodied. Good stuff.

Rhino summer fest. This apple cider was rather fruity, with some grape flavour obtained from the yeast and barrelling.
