Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 4/10/07. Opaque orange with minimal head. Aroma was a mix of yeasty farmyard and inviting apple juice. Flavour of tart apples with a very long dry finish. Dangerously drinkable for the ABV. Excellent.

Dec 26, 2008 Cask@HBF2006. Hazy yellowish golden colour. No head. Aroma is sour applejuice along with some sour wood as well. Flavour is sour apples along with wood and some sligh baconlike notes. Aftertaste gets some slight bluecheese-like notes.

Oct 14, 2007 Cask@Quorn Octoberfest, 2007. Cloudy golden cider with a sweet and mild aroma , and a plainly sweet flavour. Overall an average cider.
