Just tried this Cider today, this has been well worth the wait, much of somerset has been traveled and many ciderís have been tasted. This cider is quite dark in appearance, almost to the point of being full bodied, which in turn adds great flavor with a very strong but very nice fruit flavor. This is a must try cider for anyone in the area, and the man who makes it is very welcoming, this man wins awards and does not even advertise.

Cask. A hazy light golden cider with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of apples as well as light notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet and acidic with strong notes of apples and applecore, leading to a tart apply finish.

Cask - Planet Thanet Festival 2010, Margate. Poured a cloudy, golden orange with no head and light carbonation. Crisp and fresh dry apple aromas, good sweetness. Juicy apples, some dry woodiness and a delicate tartness. Really refreshing, medium in body but a real thirst quencher. A cracking cider!

Cask. Hazy golden with no head. Tart and very authentic apple aroma - lots of honey as well. Medium body, flat with very astringent apple accents quickly balanced by a fruity sweetness. Has a whiff of acetone, well actually a bit more than a whiff - it makes me cough! A rather authentic and interesting cider. 180110

Cask conditioned From the barrel St Albans BF 09. A hazy lime green coloured cider with an off-white ring of bubbles for a head. The aroma has some spritzy funk together with the obvious apple. There are sweet and sour notes in the nose. In the mouth are sweetish apples and a good full body. On the sweet side of medium and very drinkable and enjoyable without ever being challenging.
