COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pilsners are a tough style to brew. I refer to them as naked beers because there is nothing to hide behind – as a brewer, you’re totally exposed. Any flaws in your brewing process will be glaringly apparent – like a third nipple. The foundation of our Pils is built on a superb Pilsner Malt from Weyermann Malting Co. in Bamburg, Germany. We follow with gorgeous, spicy, lime green-colored Saaz hops from the Czech Republic and lager it with a Czech yeast strain. After 6-7 weeks of lagering and conditioning, we are gifted with a beautiful, straw-colored Pilsner that is light on the palate with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Malt Bill: Weyermann Pilsner Malt, Gambrinus Munich Malt
Hop Schedule: 100% Czech Saaz

Pour on tap at the brewery, slightly hazy yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice cracker, biscuit, and bread, hints of nice grassy and slightly fruity hops, touch of spice and earthy tones as well, smells pretty nice. Taste is a nice mix of biscuit, bread, slight earthy tones and spice notes mixing with some nice grass, slight fruit, vanilla and honey, finishing pretty dry, slightly spicy.

Tap @ West Flanders Boulder. Pours a clear golden yellow appearance with a nice white head. Fairly spicy, herbal hoppy aroma. Nice, dry, straw pils malty flavor that dries out well and really has a nice graininess going on. Best for sure at the brewery.

draft. cloudy pale gold body with a fine white head. dishsoap and corn kernel nose with sweet pear juice / fruit cocktail esters. sweet with a mild corn ethanol flavor, medium-low bitterness and a slightly oily texture. gravel, rubber and fusel alcohol inside muddled, doughy cornbread malt.
