COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg; Regular.
In the style of a Bavarian wheat beer, our Hefeweizen is an authentic blend of wheat and barley malt, hopped carefully and left naturally unfiltered with a clean aroma of banana and clove and a satisfying zing on the palette, topped with crisp, white foam.

This stuff is increadibly easy to drink. Aroma is clove with quite a bit of wheat, citrus type fruits, which seems strange? Taste is very well balanced, citrus fruits and a little banana mixing with some serious wheaty action. A dangerous beer but a great one!

On-Tap (Pint): Has a strong coriander & orange smell. I also detected traces of banana which was quite pleasant. A hazy orangey yellow colour with a thumb sized head that settled slightly but lasted the duration. A fruity orange & coriander taste that went down well & is followed by a fruity/citrus like aftertaste that lingers slightly. A silky smooth, light bodied beer that had a nice tang & went down easily. An excellent beer that has a great, fruity flavour that really opens the taste buds. The beer goes down great. - - -

Draught at the Crown in Biggar. Typical German Hefeizen style beer but not quite as good. Some of the flavours are muted by a slightly over sour taste that comes through on the palate. Plenty of flavour though and quite refreshing.

Veyr nice in flavour, the aroma is spicy, but after a while it starts to be a little annoying, and the foam disappears.
